Mr. Siegel has made it clear that many thefts and subsequent illegal uses and distortions of these encyclopedic works allowed this important evidence to be twisted into agendas that misrepresented what happened that day. While open research is encouraged the wanton hacking of portions, replacing explosions with other sounds, and other editing sleight of hand have caused this indispensable recording to become a tool to various propaganda machines instead of the evidence it is.
The release of "911 Raw - The Research Edition" was meant to end that problem and put the power in the people. The real footage available in digital format direct from the original for encyclopedic researchers who need to find the truth. Now open to all researchers the works will be allowed a license to almost any DVD research work, documentary, site, publication, paper, or video upon submission and approval for proper license.
The work will be protected from plagiarizers, editors, distortionists and fakirs that are plaguing the Internet and your neighborhoods with counterfeit distortions. This will authorize works with a source and confirmation of validity.
Look for the 911Raw logo on works to authenticate the source. Accept no substitute.
